Onboarding and subscriptions

What do I need to get started?
Just an account and your contract templates (or start from the ones included in the platform). We import your existing models, configure your approval workflows and connect your signatories. Our team guides you through the entire process.
Is electronic signature included in the subscription?
Yes. All plans include eIDAS electronic signature with no per-signature fee. You pay nothing extra per contract sent for signing or per number of signatories.
Can I upgrade from one plan to another?
Yes, at any time. The remaining value of your current subscription is automatically credited toward the new plan, prorated by days.
Will I have dedicated setup support?
Yes. The platform includes a dedicated point of contact for onboarding, plus in-app chat, document upload directly in conversation, and full history of all interactions. 24h working-day response guaranteed.
How do I handle multiple teams or departments?
You manage them all from a single centralised account, with separate workspaces and role-based permissions. Each department can have its own templates and approval workflows under the same organisation.
What payment methods do you support?
Card (Visa, Mastercard) or bank transfer against a pro-forma invoice. Choose monthly or annual billing (annual gets a discount). Auto-renewal keeps services uninterrupted.

Electronic signature and compliance

Is the electronic signature legally valid?
Yes. We use electronic signature under the eIDAS Regulation (EU) No 910/2014, recognised across all EU member states. We offer both advanced and qualified signatures, depending on your plan.
What is the difference between advanced and qualified signature?
An advanced signature (AdES) identifies the signer and detects later changes. A qualified one (QES) uses a certificate from a trust service provider and carries the same legal weight as a handwritten signature. You pick the right level per contract type.
Does every contract have an audit trail?
Yes. For every contract we keep a full audit trail: who viewed it, who signed, when and from which device, plus a timestamp and the document fingerprint. The evidence is attached to the signed contract.
Does the counterparty need an account to sign?
No. You send a signing link by email and the counterparty signs directly in the browser, with no account and no install. The flow is guided step by step and works on desktop and mobile.
Can I sign existing PDF documents?
Yes. Upload the PDF, place signature, date and initial fields for each signer, and send it for signing. It works both for contracts drafted in the platform and for external documents.
Are signed documents tamper-protected?
Yes. After signing, the document is cryptographically sealed; any later change invalidates the signature and is visible on verification. The final version stays immutable in the archive.
Can I set the signing order between multiple signatories?
Yes. You can configure sequential signing (in a set order) or parallel signing (all at once), with automatic reminders for latecomers and a notification when the contract is fully signed.
What happens if a signatory declines or doesn’t respond?
You can send automatic reminders, reassign the signatory or cancel the process. Every action is recorded in the audit trail, and the contract stays in “pending" status until completion or cancellation.

AI drafting, templates and workflows

How does AI-assisted drafting work?
Starting from a template or a plain-language description, the AI generates clauses, adapts them to your context and flags risky or missing terms. You review and edit everything before sending — the final call stays with your legal team.
Can I use my own contract templates?
Yes. Upload your own models with variable fields (parties, amounts, deadlines) and reuse them for every new contract. The template library is shared across the team, with versions and approvals.
How do I set up an approval workflow?
You define the approval steps (e.g. manager → legal → CFO), the value thresholds that trigger extra approvals, and who can sign. The contract advances automatically from one step to the next, with notifications and deadlines.

Archive, security and integrations

Where and how long are my contracts archived?
Secure digital archive on our own infrastructure (Hetzner, Helsinki datacenter). Contracts remain accessible for the duration of your subscription plus 5 years after, with configurable retention for your requirements, encryption and GDPR compliance.
How is data protected and who has access?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access control and permissions at workspace and contract level. Every access is logged, and you decide who can view, edit or sign each document.
Is there a referral programme?
