Approvals that move at business speed

Multi-level approval routing

Configure the approver sequence: Legal Director → CFO → CEO. Each level activates automatically after the previous approval.

Parallel and sequential approval

Some approvers work simultaneously (e.g., Legal and Finance in parallel), others sequentially. Combine both in the same contract workflow.

Conditions and branching

Contract value determines the route: under 50,000 goes to Manager, over 50,000 to Director + Board. Rules are configured visually, without code.

Delegation and substitution

The assigned approver designates a substitute during their absence. The system automatically redirects active contracts.

Approval from email or mobile
