Ready-made templates
Start from a template with placeholders and blanks, complete the text in the editor and export the contract as a PDF. The wording is yours to check: nothing is written for you.
4mycontracts is where a Romanian company drafts, negotiates, signs and tracks its contracts. Start from a ready-made template, complete the text in the editor, negotiate changes with the other party on a version you can compare, send the final text for signature through a secure link, and watch contract end dates on a dashboard. Plans start at EUR 1 a month, with 6 months free, no card and no yearly commitment.
6 months free, no card. Monthly plans in euro.
Contracts often live in e-mail attachments and a spreadsheet of dates. 4mycontracts puts the drafting, the negotiation, the signature and the end-date tracking in one account.

Between the parties, changes are proposed on blocks of text, versions are compared and each change is approved on its own or in part. Several signers can be added to one contract.
A contract moves through a review step before it goes out for signing, so the version that gets signed is the version that was approved.
The counterparty receives a secure link by e-mail and signs in the browser by drawing, typing or using an image. It is a simple electronic signature, not a qualified one.
Enter the end date of each contract and the dashboard shows what ends in the next 30 days. Reminders go out by e-mail while a contract awaits review or signature.
Contracts stay in your account's archive with a history of events, and each signature leaves an IP address, a SHA-256 fingerprint of the signature and a signature certificate in PDF.
Choose a template for an NDA, a service agreement, an addendum or another document and complete its text in the editor.
Exchange proposed changes with the other party, compare versions, and approve the final text.
Each signer gets a secure link by e-mail and signs in the browser.
Keep the signed contract in the archive and follow its end date on the expiry radar.
Context, not legal advice: confirm with a lawyer what form your contract needs.
The rule: a contract is concluded by the agreement of the parties, unless the law requires a special form for it to be valid. Most commercial contracts have no such requirement.
Law 214/2024 on electronic signatures and trust services replaced Law 455/2001 in October 2024 and works with the EU eIDAS Regulation. A qualified signature equals a handwritten one; a simple signature cannot be denied effect only for being electronic, but its weight as evidence is for the court.
Agreements that transfer or create rights over land or buildings entered in the land book must be notarised, on pain of nullity. That is outside what a simple e-signature can do.
Start with a basic plan and scale as your contract and signature volume grows. No hidden costs, no long-term commitments — change your plan anytime.
Often yes, but it depends on the contract. Romanian law starts from freedom of form: under art. 1178 of the Civil Code a contract is concluded by the mere agreement of the parties unless the law requires a special form. Law 214/2024, which replaced Law 455/2001 in October 2024, and the EU eIDAS Regulation say an electronic signature cannot be refused effect only because it is electronic. 4mycontracts collects a simple signature (drawn, typed or an image), not a qualified one, and a court weighs it as evidence. Contracts that must be notarised, such as the transfer of rights over land or buildings registered in the land book (art. 1244 of the Civil Code), cannot be concluded this way.
The signer receives a secure link by e-mail, opens it in a browser, reads the contract and signs it, with nothing to install. Where the flow needs it, a free guest access is created for the signer instead of a full account.
Each signature stores the signer's IP address and a SHA-256 fingerprint of the signature, and a signature certificate listing the signers, dates, methods and IP addresses is generated as a PDF. The history of the contract records every event. How a court treats that evidence is for the court to decide, so keep a lawyer's view for high-value or disputed contracts.
It is manual. The parties propose changes on blocks of text, you compare versions side by side, and changes are approved one by one or in part. Nothing is rewritten for you, and the platform does not draft clauses with AI: the wording is always yours to review.
Yes. You enter the end date of a contract, and the dashboard's expiry radar can filter the ones that end within 30 days. Reminders go out by e-mail at an interval you set while a contract awaits review or signature. The radar works from the dates you enter; it does not read dates out of an uploaded file.
Plans are monthly: Start EUR 1 (10 contracts), Plus EUR 2 (50), Pro EUR 4 (100) and Premium EUR 8 (unlimited contracts), each with 6 months free, no card and no yearly commitment. Prices are in euro; an account from Romania pays in lei at the BNR rate of the day plus 5 %. The tiers differ in how many contracts you can hold. The current prices are on the pricing page.
