Quelle est la durée légale du préavis contractuel en Belgique ?

En droit belge, la durée du préavis dépend du type de contrat. Pour les contrats commerciaux, le Code civil belge (art. 5.69 nouveau) impose un délai raisonnable sauf stipulation contraire.
