Notifications and reminders via 4notify
When you send a contract for signature, signatories are notified by e-mail through 4notify, and those who have not signed yet receive reminders.
You send the contract for signature, signatories receive a message with a secure link, and you follow each signatory's status in the contract.
Reminders go only to the signatories who have not signed yet, so you do not have to chase them by hand.
The contract's events are kept in its event history, so you can see what happened and when.

External signatories, no account needed
Signatories sign through a secure link, without creating an account. If a document was already signed outside the platform, you can upload the signed PDF.
Your counterparties do not need to register: they open the link, review the contract and sign with a simple electronic signature (drawn, typed or image).
For each signature the platform keeps the IP address and a SHA-256 fingerprint, and generates a signature certificate as a PDF.
The platform provides a simple electronic signature. For acts that require a qualified signature, sign with a qualified provider and upload the signed PDF to the contract.
