4mycontracts.net is a platform for managing contracts and other business documents. You draft from templates with variable fields (commercial, service, employment, real-estate, construction, consulting and education contracts), negotiate by proposing changes to text blocks and comparing versions, take the document through review to signing, and keep it in your account's archive. Signatories sign through a secure link without needing an account: by drawing, typing or uploading a signature image, or by uploading a PDF signed elsewhere. Each signature records the IP address and a SHA-256 fingerprint, and the platform generates a signature certificate as a PDF. The expiry radar in the dashboard shows which contracts end within the next 30 days. 4mycontracts.net is part of the 4b2b ecosystem: one account for all apps, with reminders to signatories sent through 4notify.
Transparency
Every document and its current state is visible in the dashboard: in drafting, in review, out for signature, signed or close to expiry. Each action is written to the event history, so you can always see who did what and when.
Compliance
Section 7 of the Electronic Communications Act 2000 makes an electronic signature admissible as evidence in legal proceedings. Under English common law a contract can generally be agreed and signed electronically, unless the law requires a specific form, such as a deed. 4mycontracts.net does not issue digital-certificate signatures: for a document that needs a particular formality, follow that formality and upload the signed document. Each signature is recorded with the IP address, a SHA-256 fingerprint and a signature certificate.
Simple and under your control
Templates fill in the fields for you, but the decisions stay with people: changes are proposed and approved manually on text blocks, and nothing is signed without the signatories' explicit action. Your legal team keeps control of everything that commits the company.

Contracts are kept in your account's archive with a full event history (audit trail). On request, documents can be deleted or anonymised. Signatures are simple electronic signatures under English law; for a document that requires a specific formality, such as a deed, upload the document signed in the form that formality requires.
