How do I manage contracts with dozens of suppliers and dropshippers?
All supplier contracts go into a central archive in your account, each with its end date, and the expiry radar in the dashboard shows what is about to expire. You start from a template with variable fields, fill in the parties and commercial terms and send for signature — without drafting every contract from scratch.
Can I send contracts for signature straight from the CRM or order platform?
There are no connectors to CRMs or order platforms. The contract is generated in 4mycontracts.net from a template and goes out for signature through a secure link, and the signer does not need an account. You fill in the data from your CRM yourself, in the template fields.
How do I make sure I have a signed DPA with every processor and supplier?
You keep DPAs in the archive next to the main contracts, and in the dashboard you see which are signed and which are still pending; signers who have not signed receive reminders. You maintain the list of processors (Stripe, couriers, platforms) yourself — the system does not detect a missing DPA on its own.
Is the electronic signature on marketplace contracts legally valid?
4mycontracts.net offers a simple electronic signature (drawn, typed or image), with the signer's consent, IP address, a SHA-256 fingerprint and a signature certificate in PDF. In the EU an electronic signature cannot be refused as evidence solely because it is electronic (Art. 25 eIDAS), but it does not carry the force of a qualified signature. If a marketplace or partner requires a qualified signature, you obtain it from a qualified provider and upload the externally signed PDF.
How do I track renewal of courier contracts and platform subscriptions?
Each contract has an end date in the archive, and the expiry radar in the dashboard lists contracts expiring in the next 30 days. Renewal is not automatic: you decide whether to renegotiate or conclude a new contract from a template.
